Good udder structure is paramount to newborn survival on pasture. I constantly cull for structural defects such as pendulous udders, banana teats, etc. As a result our flock has consistantly well shaped udders.

The Tamarack flock is managed in mob stock fashion throughout the summer, even during lambing. Our ewes know how to hustle for feed and keep track of their lambs.
